The club reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member family, if his continuing is not advisable as per the sole discretion of the club or the club is forced to stop in the scheme due to any statutory reason or non-viability of the scheme or any force majeure reasons.  In that case, the prorate membership fee for the balance period of the membership will be refunded without any deduction after one month.
