Medical Tourism Time share Club

The club reserves the right any application for membership or for renewal without assigning any reason.

No person is authorized to collect on club’s behalf and club is not responsible for any cash given to any person including its staff for availing any benefit of the membership.

In all cases, the club doctor reserves the exclusive right to prescribe the brand of medicine, treatment and oil approved by management and members can not have any say in the matter.

No cash will be given in lieu medicines are given as per only one system at any time of benefits entitled to the member under any circumstances.

Disputes if any will be subjected under Indian Arbitration Act are decided by the sole arbitrator appointed by the club. All disputes are subjected to Mumbai court. Jurisdiction and no other court jurisdiction.

In terms and conditions of Medilife-100 and “He” means “He” or “She” and “Club”, means Crystal Hospitals Ltd., :MEdilife-100 and the company means the same. All future communication in connection with application (quoting full Name, Address, Application Number, and Agents Name, if any) shall be addressed to the corporate office if the company “Crystal Hospital Ltd. 308 Blue Rose Industrial Estate, Western Express Highway, Near Magatahane Bus Depot, Borivali (East), Mumbai – 400 066.”
