100% Healthy means none of the family members are suffering any Chronic, Terminal or Congenital Diseases or Infectious Diseases or Special Diseases.

Chronic & other diseases include Diabetes, Asthma, B.P., Jaundice, Schizophrenia, Psychiatric disease, De-addiction, Alzemer’s disease or any diseases classified by our Doctor in Category.

Terminal & other diseases include, Aids, Heart Diseases, Stroke, Insulin Dependant Diabetes, Infertility, Fibroid, Filaria or any diseases classified by our Doctor in this category.

Congenital or other Diseases include Cerebral pasly, Cleft Palate, Thyroid, Paralysis, Multiple Sclerosis, Polio, Dementia or any disease classified by our Doctor in this category.

Medisafe treatment includes only outdoor treatments and does not include any indoor treatment or Palliativa treatments or Rejuvenation, Cosmetic, Matemity or Rehabilitation treatments or treatments for diseases connected with eye or teeth or diagnostic tests.

No medicine will be given as follow-up treatment for a hospitalization treatment. Further, free medicines are provide only if prescribed by authorized “Crystal Hospital” doctor and by no other doctor.

If any family member wants treatment for Chronic, Terminal or Congenital after taking membership, he has to pay full loading charges.

Medisafe treatment does not include any treatment for six Diseases, Thyroid & for incurable diseases pre the sole discretion of our doctor.

Club will give only club doctor approved or homeo medicine or up to the extra loaded amount allopathic medicines. If any member wants allopathic medicines more than the loading charges, he /she has to pay the extra amount over and above the loading charges.
